In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we are following Government Guidelines and currently our business is operating as usual,

However, our terms and conditions have been revised in a bid to support our clients through this unpredictable period.

Deposits (50% payments made at time of booking) are non-refundable.
Balances for Celebration Cakes are required to be settled one month prior (subject to the nature of your order) to delivery/event date.
Balances for Wedding Cakes are required to be settled two months prior (subject to the nature of your order) to delivery/event date.
In the event of another lockdown or deferral of your booking due to Government orders and restrictions, we will endeavour to still accommodate your order and dates can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
If your event is postponed & you wish to reschedule any later than 5 months from your existing booking date, prices may increase for materials & will affect your total package price .
You will be notified of any changes & this will be added to the remaining balance.
If perishable items have been purchased eg. fruits & fresh flowers, etc. or toppers with a date, the value of these items will be charged again if rescheduling as they will need to be repurchased.
In the case that your order has been made, it will be non-refundable and rescheduling will be classed as a new order. Your order can still be delivered or collected.
If your order has been partially made, net costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will need to be met. Though, where possible, we will endeavour in helping you reschedule.
If for any reason I should need to cancel, you will be refunded in full.
